The band was formed in 1979 and has been playing a repertoire of wind band music since then. Typically, we play a mixture of marches, light classical music, show tunes ,film music and medleys of Big Band and popular music.
In May and December we hold formal concerts. The band also plays at the annual Festival of Remembrance in Hatfield and also Christmas carols in the town. In the summer we give outdoor concerts at venues such as the
